Hi,
I use NT7 with Interactive Brokers.
I first connect to Free EOD Kinetick for historical Data, then IB for Real Time.
In IB Account Connection, Historical Data, I checked box "Disable, I will use Kinetic for historical".
The problem is when I connect to IB real time for the day, The first candle is the time I turned on My platform.
If I turn on my platform at 1 pm., then Kinectic EOD shows prior day last candle at 15:00pm and My first candle for the day with IB real time is 1:00pm.
I can never get the days real time first candle at 8:30am.
I called IB and they said it is a problem on NT.
How to fix this?
Please help.
